Job Description You will be responsible for on-site management of cleaning work for hotel rooms and common areas.
This position supports the creation of a clean and comfortable environment throughout the hotel through on-site quality maintenance, staff guidance, and work improvement.

-Checking the cleaning status and quality of rooms, lobbies, etc.
-Instructing staff (including foreign staff) and preparing manuals
-Progress management of cleaning work and on-site response (schedule, placement, etc.)
-Communication and coordination with hotel staff and partner companies
-Operation management to improve and streamline cleaning work
-Supporting communication between staff and team building

Company Info Many of our staff are foreign nationals, so we are in an environment where diverse communication skills are required on a daily basis. We may also be in charge of newly commissioned sites, which may require us to build a system from scratch.
