Job Description An Accounting Manager role is now open in Tokyo for an experienced candidate proficient in General Accounting, IFRS, D365&Excel and Cash Flow management. The position requires general accounting knowledge, to have the ability to manage expenditures, to create the annual financial statement and prepare balance sheets and budgets.


Description

* Oversee all accounting operations and financial transactions within the company.
* Manage and monitor expenditures and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
* Use Dynamics 365 to streamline and automate accounting tasks.
* Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations.
* Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
* Coordinate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
* Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and performance.
* Report directly to senior management, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.


Profile

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

* A strong knowledge of IFRS, Dynamics 365, Excel, and general accounting practices.
* Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
* Experience in cash flow and expenditures management.
* Capability to prepare balance sheets and budgets.
* Adeptness in working with cross-functional teams.
