This Finance Manager position focuses on overseeing financial reporting, accounting and forecasting for large-scale renewable energy projects. You'll work closely with senior management, providing strategic financial insights to drive long-term growth and project success. Description * Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. * Prepare financial statements and performance reports. * Coordinate budgeting and planning processes. * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. * Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. * Manage organizational cash flow forecasting. * Develop and implement financial management strategies. * Lead and supervise the finance team. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: * A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. * Proven experience in a managerial role within the finance sector. * Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. * Proficiency in financial software programs.
