Job Description [Job Purpose]
Manage the entire export process of cargo, coordinate with customers, supervise agents, and ensure deliveries are made on schedule.

[Job Description]

■Overall management of shipping arrangements (reservations, data entry, invoicing, SI/shipping request/VGM/total weight confirmation information, advance notification, tracking, etc.)
■Ensure that daily tasks are performed and completed according to work instructions
■Overall management of the accuracy of data entered into the system and information reported to customers
■Work well with other teams (sales/pricing/accounting) to ensure that cargo is handled smoothly in accordance with SOPs/standard operating procedures
■Review P&L for each job file and report any issues (loss/high cost)
■Communicate efficiently with customers, carriers, vendors, and other parties involved to ensure that cargo is handled in a timely and appropriate manner
■Monitor the progress of outstanding issues and report any major issues to your direct superior
■Ensure that all tasks are completed within the specified deadlines
■Understand and adhere to all company/department policies and regulations
■Understand KPIs and ensure compliance
■Other tasks as instructed by your direct superior

Working Hours 8:00-17:00 / 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00

Requirements		 Application Qualifications

■2-3 years or more experience in the cargo transport industry
■Knowledge of maritime transport, export documents, and export regulations
■Practical experience in PC operation including MS Office
■Conversational level English skills
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
Japanese Level Native Level
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 4500K - JPY 5500K   
Other Salary
Description		 Salary: 4.5 million yen to 5.5 million yen
Bonus: Fixed salary + bonus
