As a backend engineer, you will be responsible for product development and technical lead. As an engineer, you will be responsible for the growth of the product, such as increasing customer value, ensuring scalability for further store introduction, and improving the developer experience to speed up development. You will mainly be working on the following: ・Drafting specifications with stakeholders ・Architecture design that fully utilizes various AWS services ・System integration with internal products and services ・Automating various infrastructure operations and strengthening CI/CD ・Reducing infrastructure costs ・Designing, promoting development, and operating highly reliable systems |

[Required requirements] - Practical programming experience, including catching up on the languages used - Experience in selecting frameworks and libraries - Experience in infrastructure design using public clouds such as AWS (Experience in building and maintaining infrastructure using IaC such as Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK) [Preferred requirements] - Programming experience in Python or TypeScript - Experience in web application architecture design - Experience in technically leading a team of several people or more - Experience in deciding specifications in consultation with stakeholders - Experience in operating a system that has been in operation for a long time - Experience in developing CI/CD and test automation [Desired personality] - Someone who is motivated to maximize the team's power, not their own power - Someone who can promote projects based on the current situation, not just on what should be - Someone who can actually get their hands dirty and execute them - Someone who is curious about new technologies, such as catching up on other languages, and who is willing to take on new challenges |
