The company is currently planning and studying the development of a new product in a new business area with a completely new concept. In this position, you will commit to the development of new products as a software engineer specializing in front-end. This position is the backbone of the new business development team, working with the product manager to drive development, while maintaining an ecosystem for continued growth of the product and team. The company continues to grow by providing new value to the market in the legal and contract area, including an AI-based contract review function. The company has developed and provided services centered on “LegalForce (released in April 2019),” an AI review service that focuses on issues in the review phase prior to contract execution, and “LegalForce Cabine (released in January 2021),” an AI contract management system that supports the contract management phase after contract execution, and has received a lot of positive feedback. On April 15, 2024, the company launched a new service, the AI legal platform “LegalOn Cloud,” which comprehensively supports the entire legal industry, not just contract work, based on the contract review and contract management domains on which “LegalForce” and “LegalForce Cabine” focused. Job Requirements |
【Required】 - Experience in web front-end development using React or Next.js, or equivalent - Experience in web front-end development using TypeScript or equivalent - 3+ years of web-based system development experience or equivalent - Experience in team development using Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, etc. - 1+ year of experience as a leader with 5 or so members in the following tasks - Defining development standards and disseminating them to team members - Mentoring and training members - Identifying team issues and taking the lead in resolving them - Language skills eq- Experience using or building pipelines with Webpack/Vite - Knowledge of web accessibility - Knowledge of software architecture - Ability to design with performance in mind, including optimization of network requests, algorithms, etc. - Experience working on and taking responsibility for large scale projects with the front end as the core of the project - Experience in continuously improving development teams - Experience creating micro-interactions with UX in mind - Experience building complex GUIs that do not rely on libraries - Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch 【Ideal Applicants】 - Able to communicate with relevant parties while considering “why” and “what” in order to promote development and improvement. - Able to think flexibly and not limit oneself to one's area of expertise in order to solve problems. - Have respect for others and act not only for oneself but also for the team - Willing to grow and willing to put in the effort to achieve this |
