| Job Description |
This position is for a Sr. HRBP in the industrial/manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Human Resources and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to meet company goals. Description * Provide strategic HR support to the management team * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures * Lead talent acquisition and retention strategies * Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues * Oversee performance management and employee development programs * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Profile 1 5+ years of HR experience, with a passion for business partnership 2 Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English 3 Practical knowledge of Japanese labor laws and HR practices 4 Track record of successful project management with leadership teams Automotive or manufacturing industry background is a plus - Job Offer * An attractive salary package of around 13 million JPY * 20 days of annual leave * Opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive company culture * Chance to make a significant impact in a large organization in the industrial/manufacturing industry We encourage all candidates with the necessary skills and experience to apply.
