[Business Description] This is a rapidly growing division based in Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Japanese Alps. We specialize in real estate brokerage and property management, and are currently expanding our hotel and hospitality business. We currently operate "Nomad Hakuba" and "Blue Star Hotel Tsugaike", and are planning to open a new facility, "Cedars Tsugaike". As our business grows, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the hotel division and lead the hospitality business. [Major Duties] • Oversee all hotels and F&B (food and beverage) departments operated by our company • Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase brand awareness • Build a high-performance work environment through recruitment, training, and team management • Stabilize finances through revenue management, budgeting, and cost control • Other general duties related to hotel operations |

| Job Requirements |
The ideal candidate will have experience opening and operating hotels in Japan, native-level Japanese language skills, and fluent English. Experience in business development, event planning, and marketing strategies will also be preferred. Additionally, for nature and winter sports lovers, Hakuba offers an ideal work-life balance. |
