[Job Overview] The mission of Kobe Digital Lab's sales team is to use digital technology to solve customer problems, expand business, and streamline operations. Therefore, regardless of the product you are in charge of, you will be required to deeply understand the customer's objectives and goals and grasp the essential issues. We would like you to flexibly derive the best answer through dialogue with customers, even if it means clashing opinions at times. In order to accurately grasp customer needs and propose optimal solutions, you will be responsible for a wide range of areas, including working closely with engineers and the customer success team, creating proposals and quotations, and making presentations. We are assuming the following three specific positions, but the roles are not clearly divided. We believe that you will be successful as long as you start with what you are good at and are willing to challenge yourself to expand your area of expertise. Product Sales → Propose and provide our SaaS and information security services to companies. Listen to customer requirements and propose and quote services that meet their needs. You will also be responsible for coordinating with agencies and holding study sessions. Solution Sales -> Identify the essential issues from the customer's consultation and propose optimal IT solutions such as app development and AI utilization. Extract and analyze issues through meetings with clients, and develop and propose solution plans. Work with engineers and designers to lead projects to success. Engagement Lead -> Propose flexible solutions using digital technology, such as launching new services in collaboration with customers, without being limited to contract development. Work with customers to generate ideas and design personas, leading to system development and service creation. This role has even more 0 to 1 elements than solution sales. In addition to sales, the team also includes marketers and customer success staff, and we exchange information and opinions from various angles.
