We are expanding our business mainly with major overseas shipping companies, and are responsible for installing and maintaining equipment on ships that enter Japan. The support engineer we are recruiting is an important position involved in these after-sales support. A wide range of responses are required, from highly urgent cases to questions about specifications. Basically, communication in English is required, so English proficiency is required, but as long as you can understand the above content, there is no problem. You will be in charge of ships all over the world, but since we basically handle it in-house, we do not often go to the local area except for special cases.
