仕事内容	This is a stepping-stone position designed to eventually lead to a Brand Manager role. The Assistant Brand Manager will start by supporting marketing activities and collaborating with HQ, suppliers, and duty-free partners. Description * Support brand marketing initiatives under the Brand Manager's guidance. * Manage VM and planograms in coordination with HQ. * Support and execute HPP/SPP promotions in airport spaces. * Sales reporting, POSM creation, and delivery logistics. Profile * Experience in a marketing-related role (retail experience a plus). * NATIVE level Japanese and Business level English. * Proactive and collaborative personality. * Experience with cosmetics or luxury brands is a plus.
