| 仕事内容 |
This role offers the opportunity to lead the finance function in a global automotive technology company, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic analysis. You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth in the mobility sector, with a focus on both accounting and FP&A. Description * Manage financial reporting, tax, and treasury operations. * Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. * Prepare and submit financial statements and reports. * Implement and monitor effective financial controls. * Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors. * Work closely with the finance team to optimize financial processes. * Support budgeting and forecasting activities. * Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making. Profile A successful Sr. Accountant should have: * A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA). * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and treasury operations. * Experience in the industrial / manufacturing sector. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Proficiency in English and Japanese languages.
