We are seeking a dedicated FP&A manager to join the mission-driven company that values work-life balance and diversity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis activities. Description * Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modeling tools. * Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies. * Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. * Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. * Support senior management team and department heads with in-depth analysis. Profile A successful candidate should have: * Experience in FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling. * Good communication skill. * Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software applications. * The ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
