仕事内容	The role of a Content Moderator is critical in maintaining the online community's safety, ensuring user-generated content complies with the company's guidelines. The successful candidate will review, moderate, and address any inappropriate content within the platform. Description The position involves monitoring live streams and pre-uploaded videos (in English and Japanese) to ensure compliance with established regulations. * Monitor live feeds for potential rule violations. * Ensure audio content follows regulatory guidelines. * Check for restricted words and inappropriate content. Profile The Team is looking for candidates who are ready to start working soon, who have a good cultural knowledge of Japan, and with the following main qualifications: * Good level of English language, TOEIC 900 and above * Fluent level of Japanese (fluent N2 and up) * Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and nights * Strong emotional resilience, and stress-management skills Job Offer * Annual income: contract employee: 1,900 yen per hour - max. 2,050 yen per hour depending on evaluation * Career progression opportunities to leadership positions * Development of Critical Thinking, Analytical and Crisis Management Skills * Local Team in charge of supporting employees in case of need Don't miss this chance to contribute to a safer online community.
