仕事内容	We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to join our Finance team in this global retailer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our accounting team and improving our operations. Description * Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations. * Prepare financial reports for internal use by staff and oversight board. * Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies. * Liaise with external Tax Consultants. * Coordinate with auditors during annual audit process. * Manage and mentor the accounting team. * Implement and maintain best practice accounting procedures. * Play a key role in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties. Profile A successful Accounting Manager should have: * A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field. * Proven experience in Accounting. * Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (financial closure, reporting etc.). * Proficiency in English and Japanese. * Working knowledge of MS Office (especially excel) and accounting software (e.g. SAP).
