Associate (Entry-Level) – Kickstart Your Career in Recruitment! Are you looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment? At SHAHANI, the Associate role is your first step toward becoming a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Coordinator. This position is designed as a training phase, giving you hands-on experience and structured learning to set you up for success in the industry. From day one, you'll receive comprehensive training followed by an OJT (On-the-Job Training) program, where you’ll actively apply your knowledge while being mentored by experienced professionals. 【What You’ll Do】 ・Connect with top talent – Source candidates through various channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, BizReach, etc.) and introduce job opportunities. ・Build relationships – Engage and follow up with candidates to support them throughout the hiring process. ・Manage internal data – Keep our database updated and organized. ・Support senior consultants – Assist with tasks like taking meeting minutes and collaborating with the research team. ・Learn from the best – Shadow experienced professionals to gain recruitment insights and industry knowledge. No strict quotas or sales targets!
