仕事内容	The C&B Specialist is a crucial part of the Human Resources team in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry, managing and coordinating compensation and benefits strategies to attract, motivate, and retain employees. Description * Develop and implement effective C&B strategies aligned with the company's objectives. * Conduct market research to ensure the competitiveness of compensation and benefits packages. * Collaborate with HR team to manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely benefits distribution. * Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plans. Profile A successful 'C&B Specialist' should have: * Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Strong knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems. * Excellent understanding of C&B processes. * Exceptional skills in data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
